Andy Wilson–Chief Executive Officer
Andy is responsible for the overall direction and executive management of VantageILM. Andy has a strong track record as a senior executive in early stage technology companies and brings particular expertise in product development and operations. Prior to founding Momentum Venture Management, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Product Management & General Manager of New Ventures at Overture Services, a Pasadena-based advertising services and marketing company that was acquired by Yahoo! for $1.7 billion. Previously he was President & COO of RiverOne, a high-tech supply chain ASP, where he raised more than $50 million of VC investment, built the management team and grew the organization to more than 150 employees. He spent three years at Bowne & Company (DESI), where he led the Western U.S. region from start-up to $50 million in sales/600 people and was promoted to Senior Vice President Strategic Operations and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the entire multi-hundred million dollar business unit. Andy holds an engineering degree with honors from Dartmouth College and received his MBA with a concentration in operations and technology management from Harvard Business School. Andy currently serves on the board of directors of: nQueue Inc., Blue Lava Inc. and Digital Performance Inc.

Robert Yuan–President
Robert is responsible for managing research and development and is the lead architect of the integrated lender management (ILM) platform. Robert brings a unique combination of expertise in technology and finance, an unusual blend that has enabled him to lead VantageILM in developing the most effective loan management platform on the market today. Robert has served as a senior jumbo loan trader within the mortgage banking industry. Later, as part of a bank holding company, he served in a variety of positions including senior vice president of risk management, senior vice president of capital markets and senior vice president of internal consulting. Upon leaving the banking industry he successfully launched and operated Structured Solutions, a business process consulting and technology development firm. Out of Structured Solutions came the concept and the technology for VantageILM, which Robert later spun off as its own entity. Robert attended Cal Poly Pomona (California) where he studied finance.
